- BBBeccaDec 30, 20251.0Should give Kaitlyn some sympathy training. When she told me it would be 30-40 minutes and I preceded to wait in my car for 2+ hours with a 102 fever to not even get a notification or call as she said I would so I finally just went back to the window to find it ready- all I said was “that was really frustrating that you told me it would be 30-40 minutes and I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours”… keep in mine I have hardly a voice due to being sick so it’s impossible that I yelled and frankly don’t have the energy to be rude…and she immediately blew me off, snarkily said “yeah sorry” and turned the microphone off. Hopefully she was just having a bad day or maybe she should not be working with sick people.

She followed up a little while later calling me to let me know that she was still working on this and that they were still waiting on a decision from the insurance company. She offerred excellent service.
