  Had an issue with insurance. Kaitlyn made the change and went above and beyond contacting the insurance company. She followed up a little while later calling me to let me know that she was still working on this and that they were still waiting on a decision from the insurance company. She offerred excellent service.

  Consistently horrible customer service at this pharmacy. Doesn’t matter who you interact with, always very rude for seemingly no reason. And that’s when you’re even able to speak with someone.

  Run!!! This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. I even asked for a manager repeatedly and they told me she wasn’t available. 🥴 First issue, I called before transferring a prescription to them and was assured they had it in stock and they would text me when ready. Eight hours later I call and she said oh only part of its ready, it will take 4 days to get the rest. I was leaving town the next morning and waited on them so long my only option was to get a partial and the rest when I get back into town. I get back into town today and was notified two days ago it was ready for pickup. I get there and the girl literally argued with me that she didn’t put the insurance in wrong when I knew she had bc she wanted to charge me $40 out of pocket when we hit our insurance out of pockets on Jan 6. She then told me that I need a separate insurance benefit card than the regular one I gave her bc it doesn’t have a rx bin number. I ask her to hand me the card and point to the rx bin number. “Oh” she says. Then tells me I still owe…sparing you much back and forth- she had made a typo and was very argumentative with me..?? Idk why??? So I finally get her to input everything correctly and then she can’t find the prescription. She just walked away. I repeatedly asked for what was going on, if i could talk to a manager, or if someone could see if they have it in stock over a 28 minute wait of them trying to find a prescription that was never filled. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Four people are looking when they realize the system was wrong, they never had it ready. Smh. She then tells me well it was who ever transferred it’s fault. Look, I don’t care who made all of these mistakes, I just wanted it correct. Not one I’m sorry for the wait, mistake, combativeness, or any acknowledgement. I again asked for a manager and was denied. I hope this is the right dosage because she didn’t seem too sure about that either when I asked and this is the second half of the prescription. Ps I go to Walgreens 2-3x a week bc my kids are medically complex and I’ve never had service this bad.

  Every experience recently has been horrible. I hope this is a temporary thing or will be switching all my household prescriptions elsewhere
