My insurance has decided to no longer cover my prescription. Jordan went above and beyond with helping me with the doctors office and getting me codes for discounts. Saves me so much money and hassle. Thank you so much for all you did.
- OSocean surNov 20, 20251.0Unfortunately, the people in the pharmacy have a big chip on their shoulder and behave as though they’re doing you a massive favor by attending to you. The attitude is terrible, and more than once when calling for some assistance if they just don’t feel like helping, they just hang up on you without a word. If you have another pharmacy that you can go to, I highly recommend you go there so that your day does not get spoiled by these folks

I called to verify the last walk in for flu vaccinations and arrived well before that time and was told they "got too busy today" and refused to administer any more vaccines. If this is the case I should tell my employer it got too busy and I can't work anymore. They were not busy and the employees were standing around in the pharmacy. HEB needs to do better.
- DSDev SanJun 5, 20235.0I see all these negative reviews and I am a bit floored. I have used this pharmacy for three years and have never had a bad experience. I don't ever come across a bad rep. You can tell sometimes they are flustered and overwhelmed but I feel they do a great job. I have always received great customer service here. The pharmacist is always very helpful. I call and someone always answers and they never give me an attitude. I will always use this pharmacy.
