They will always only do partial or/and never follow their instructions. It's absolutely ridiculous when I'm pretty much always "out of luck" EVERY SINGLE MONTH when I have to come in to get my medication here. Worst experience dealing with any pharmacy

All these changes with the delivery service makes it hard for customers who can’t come in to pick up for various reasons. HEB needs to better the delivery services and find better people who actually care about the customers. This may be your job but this is the customers health & lives. Put yourself in the customers shoes, how would you feel dealing with constant change and bad attitudes if you weren’t able to get your meds? What about your parents, grandparents or kids? Have some kind of decency when you deal with customers Rebecca. You definitely need help with people skills.
