I tried pre paying to make it faster and the speaker closest to the store is horrible and you can not hear each other so it’s a lot of repeating yourself. I also had to stop using them for most of my meds as they aren’t able to even get them. They were great a couple of years ago but have gone down in quality a lot. I would not recommend this pharmacy anymore.

It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you’re sick and depending on your prescriptions. The staff constantly have rude or unwelcoming attitudes — stank faces and zero compassion for the customers they’re supposed to help. Horrible customer service overall, and definitely not what you’d expect from a place meant to care for people’s health.
- RRRosaSep 21, 20251.0Yo no le daría ninguna estrella a este lugar fui a recojer las medicinas de mi nieto el día de hoy domingo y yo no sabía que cierran a las 5:00 pm y llegué eran las 5:00 pm y le pregunté a la muchacha ya van a cerrar y me contestó con mucha actitud dijo Si señora todavía tenían levantada la cortina la verdad para mí la mejor tienda era HEB pero definitivamente ahora pienso lo contrario debían entrenar a sus empleados el trato que le dan a los clientes y pienso que si me hubieran atendido yo creo que no se iban a tardar ni dos minutos en atenderme respetuosamente digo esto para que pongan más atención con sus empleados.

And that the floating pharmacist didn’t do it right.. then when I asked she said oh they are fixing it then they begin to speak Spanish. I thought that was so rude the lady never spoke to me just to the other girl. Then when I asked they would laugh and talk I. Spanish to eachother. I called to speak to the manager he just brushed me off and was just as rude! I thought H‑E‑B was a top place with good employees not this one!
