  It seems like every time I try to get prescriptions filled or have to pay out of pocket because insurance won’t go through there is always miscommunication with staff they genuinely could care less I’m calling to switch pharmacies today because I don’t think things will ever change

  HEB the store itself is great, the pharmacy is TRASH. Been trash for years thats why i stopped using them but recently my awesome pharmacy (shoutout to SAMS on Zarzamora use that pharmacy instead) had a med shortage so I stupidly had it xferred over here thinking that HEB cant possibly mess it up but yes it took them forever to call Sams to initiate transfer i had to call them and bug them to do it then because of this med being $50 more expensive vs amazon I requested to instead have it sent to Amazon from HEB and its been such a hassle from both HEB and Amazon its been a very frustrating process and while im stuck waiting for my meds these two giant trash corporations are making this process difficult. I have to wait until my doc office opens tomorrow to just have them send it directly to a diff pharmacy. I wish Sams didnt have the med on backorder I never have issues with them!!!

  Very disappointed with the pharmacy service at this H-E-B. I was simply trying to pick up medications for my sick kids after a very long day. I had just received a phone call saying the prescriptions were ready, yet the pharmacy staff rudely told me they weren’t. Had to mention that I had just received a phone call prior to getting into pick up line. No customer service, and an unnecessary attitude. When you’re dealing with sick children, the last thing you want is to be treated poorly. I expected much better.

  The drive through is always very long and slow. I tried pre paying to make it faster and the speaker closest to the store is horrible and you can not hear each other so it’s a lot of repeating yourself. I also had to stop using them for most of my meds as they aren’t able to even get them. They were great a couple of years ago but have gone down in quality a lot. I would not recommend this pharmacy anymore.

  Love how hugh and clean this store was first time visiting. Will be using this HEB store from now on.
