  There’s a big set lady with gold rimmed glasses that worked the drive thru pharmacy on November 2nd around 4:15 pm, I’m currently here waiting for my meds but she’s extremely rude. She seems very impatient & rude. Told me my refills weren’t gonna be filled because I didn’t have any refills left but I proceeded to tell her that my meds did say on them that I had 1 refill left on both my medications cause it stated that. She told me to hold on & then came back on the monitor all rudely to tell it was gonna take 15-20 mins. It took like 3 mins before my meds got there but she didn’t even say anything or nothing never came back on the monitor. Horrible experience. Please fire that lady. So unprofessional and extremely rude. I think she told me it was gonna take that long because she wanted me to be inconvenienced. She was so rude.

  Horrible experience with this heb's pharmacy department. My Dr sent over a prescription on the 20th and was advised that it couldn't be filled until the 23rd. Which I understand, that wasn't a big deal. I show up on the 23rd and told that they ran out of the prescription that I needed and it can be refilled on the 24th "today". This, didn't upset me either. I called them this morning about 9 am to confirm that my prescription is getting filled. I was told yes it would be. It should be ready in about an hour. I get there for my prescription about 5:30 pm. I'm then told that my prescription isn't ready? I was confused? I let them know that I called early this morning and was told it would be ready in an hr and that was 8 hrs earlier. The pharmacist then gets on the line and tells me that it can't be filled because they are not taking any new patients. I explained that I was not new and that I have gotten my prescription filled here before. He stated that he could not fill it because the last time I had it filled there was in September. I said yes, like I said I've had it filled here before and I'm not new. He just kept stating that he could not fill it. My question is why the hell couldn't someone relay this to me when I had my dr call in the prescription? Why was I getting told that it was getting filled? Why are you wasting people's time?
