- GGg gonzalezNov 2, 20251.0There’s a big set lady with gold rimmed glasses that worked the drive thru pharmacy on November 2nd around 4:15 pm, I’m currently here waiting for my meds but she’s extremely rude. She seems very impatient & rude. Told me my refills weren’t gonna be filled because I didn’t have any refills left but I proceeded to tell her that my meds did say on them that I had 1 refill left on both my medications cause it stated that. She told me to hold on & then came back on the monitor all rudely to tell it was gonna take 15-20 mins. It took like 3 mins before my meds got there but she didn’t even say anything or nothing never came back on the monitor. Horrible experience. Please fire that lady. So unprofessional and extremely rude. I think she told me it was gonna take that long because she wanted me to be inconvenienced. She was so rude.
