- SLSara LNov 13, 20251.0For almost 2 years my doctor has been sending my prescription to this compounding pharmacy every 3 months; and every time without fail, there has been a delay for one reason or another. Usually they claim it is because they have been trying to get ahold of my doctor and can’t reach her. How are they reaching out to my doctor? Carrier pigeon? Message in a bottle? I’m done. Going to a different pharmacy.

The very nice and efficient young woman we spoke with answered all of our general questions ahead of receiving the prescription and then called back 20 mins later to give us the cost estimate and advise of insurance coverage status. She was very helpful throughout, suggesting a couple of options so we could decide what was best for us. Excellent customer service, we will definitely use this service for any similar needs in the future!
