I had the pleasure of working with personal trainer Brandon Girela a few days ago! He was super friendly yet informative for each exercise. Helped challenge and motivate me throughout the workout while keeping it fun! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and motivating personal trainer to keep you on track to your goals!

Poor front desk service help. I requested to cancel my membership a month in advance at the front desk and still got billed 2 months later. I got some bs excuse about needing to write a formal letter. Now I gotta pay out of my pocket because their employees don’t know the company policies.

I've had a Gold's Gym membership for 20 years. It used to be a great place to workout but it's slowly gone downhill over the years. The new gyms are built with a similar layout which is nice however they only have like 2 squat racks and benches etc whereas the old school GoldS gyms used to have like 6 of each. It gets packed very quickly now compared to the older days. Also I recently had a clown of a manager come up to me and tell me that I didn't clean off a bench I used. I informed him that I did bent over rows so I didn't even touch or sit on the bench at all lol. He kept insisting that I clean it so I went ahead and complied. In the 20 years I've been bodybuilding and working out at gold's gym I've never had anyone tell me anything of the matter. I've seen people very obviously leave dumbbells on the ground and not clean their bench full of sweet and no one ever told them anything lol. I now have my own home gym and will never go back to to gold's gym. I want to thank gold's gym for motivating me to build my own commercial grade home gym. God bless
