- SGStephanie Gamez5 days ago1.0They said they were gonna waive my husband‘s late fee because of a little inconvenience. It turns out it wasn’t waved, and when he called, I overheard the manager lady being so rude to him very unprofessional. You should honor what you say you’re going to do.
- ARAngel Ryan6 days ago1.0Spoke with a Manager last week about the system, not taking the money out of my card I called and they said they don’t know why it didn’t get taken out, but that they will waive the late fee because of the inconvenience. I called today and spoke to a manager named “Solis” Because I saw that the late fee wasn’t waived like I was promised, and she refused to waive the fee, even though I was promised that it would be waived. Very unprofessional manager that Doesn’t want to help. I’ve been coming to this gym for over 10 years. This is very upsetting and honestly, I probably might not ever come back.
