  This morning it’s 6:22 AM and the gym is still not open, even though posted hours say they open at 5:00 AM. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. For members who plan their workouts around early hours, this is pretty inconvenient. If hours change, they should be updated or communicated clearly.

  Fiesta Trails members have never been in good hands via good management by getting newer equipment and hiring awesome staff. Juvenal, the maintenance guru has been on top repairing broken equipment in a timely manner. There has not been neglected broken equipment in a good amount of time. Also, Aldo, our custodian keeps Fiesta Trails smelling fresh by cleaning the gym minimal twice a day. Thank you Raul for making my workout experience go smoothly and listening to our needs and concerns.

  If I could give zero stars I would. Complete scam in how they’re constantly changing “company policy” for cancelling membership. Make it damn near impossible and why I won’t be returning.

  I Love this location the manager is amazing but the small tiny girl has a habit of allowing his 2 latins friends in for free ALL the time. THEY ARE NEVER CHECKED IN they will chat for 5 minutes as if no one is watching. This has been going on for a year already. This is rude and disrespectful for those of us who pay full fees. FOR STAFF TO ALLOW THEIR FREINDS FOR FREE... UPDATE! 11/2/2025 at 2pm It's unfortunate that the staff keeps allowing the same two latin guys in for free...yet we all have to pay. This time it was allowed by staff named Nichel... I would understand if they needed help but they both drive a blue Tesla...and can't afford a membership...so they are allowed in for free....Bad!

  I have requested SEVERAL times to cancel after a work injury and now matter how many times I call, send the cancel request online, no matter what I do they still charge me even after I have been told "you no longer will be charged." Everyone BEWARE of this location. As far as my workout experience it was okay on some days. The workout equipment was sometimes dirty and quite often there was a weird smell around the men's lockeroom. I have been to other gold's gym locations and the men's lockeroom was nowhere near as AWFUL as this location at Fiesta Trails. Management here at this gym and the owner should be ashamed how difficult it is to get any communication out to cancel or to stop people from recording on the gym floor. It is clearly stated in the rules to NEVER record on the gym floor. There is a sign for not recording yet I still see people filming for "content" and not for working out purposes. I'm tired of being harassed by gym members and management alike. UPDATE: I was able to get in contact with the General Manager and was able to get my membership cancelled finally from the date I requested. I was also reimbursed for the renewal of my membership that I did not consent to. The general manager was very nice and also informed me that the person I spoke to prior posed as him was let go for doing actions such as that. As far as canceling a membership none of my requests that I sent online through the gold's gym website was never recieved by the system, even though you get a confirmation email stating that it did. If you sent one online you can bring it to the gym and the front desk will take care of the rest. There is a new law starting next year that gyms will have to offer an online option to cancel but for now if you need to cancel do it in person. Thank you again to the General Manager for setting everything straight. He was very honest, professional, and honored my cancel request.
