For how expensive this gym is the service and cleanliness are unacceptable. This location gives Gold’s Gym a bad name, definitely not worth the fifty dollar membership price.

Came in this morning to try and upgrade my membership for me and my wife and experienced the worst customer service of my life! Everything was an inconvenience to this girl at the front, constant sighs and eye rolling even told my wife we’re “ holding her back from getting off “. When i asked to speak to a manager a manager never came, also lied to me and told me her name was something else. After this experience and others save your money and go someplace else! 3 years+ members and get treated like trash 👎🏽
