Night staff at this Golds needs improvement Me and my wife come to this gym often and never had issues. Front desk rep Camilla was extremely rude to both me and my wife. Attitude on top mumbling under her breath she made it clear she had no interest in helping us. My wife asked a simple question about a guest pass and she gave the most sarcastic answer, like if we were wasting her time. Everyone else at this gym is great other receptionist were helpful when asking to speak to a manager.

Absolutely heartbroken that you are closing this location. I've been coming to this place for 19 years. We finally got an amazing manager (Natalie) and the place was being well kept. BIG mistake not bringing childcare back after Covid ( I dont have kids but even I know the value of providing that service). Memberships are going to decline without that. Did ya'll think that we are just going to go to Live Oak or Bulverde? No way!! Those gyms are too small and vastly inferior to NACO. Plenty of us are cancelling and moving on. I will never forgive Golds for getting rid of my sanctuary. My facebook is littered with Golds gym ads, talk about a kick in the you know what. You have money for Ads but not rent? You keep closing locations, please just leave San Antonio all together!!

I've been working out here for a few years now. I've continued to come here because it doesn't ever get over-crowded and I'm able to get my workout done without waiting for equipment. However, lately it's been so hot inside that I almost passed out a few times doing cardio because I was sweating so much. I also noticed that several of the men walking around smell like terrible B.O. I'm assuming caused by the excessive heat. I'm not sure what's going on with the air conditioning, but I wish they would fix it!
