I placed a online order that offered me a 15% discount for BOPIS. My order was canceled, I called to see if they were still having issues and was told my order was canceled due to the margins and because they were a franchise. Why offer it online if you can’t fulfill the customer needs in store. Terrible customer experience across these locations owned by Rick & Ann. I’ll order on Amazon going forward.

When I asked for what protein he recommended one particular one and gave me all the pros and cons and compared to other brands as well when it came to the nutrition facts. will definitely be a regular costumer.
