I went in last friday to restock on Jym while it was double points so I could use my pro member 3x points day and really stack up the points, but after ringing it all up the points didn't quite add up right. RJ went above and beyond and saw the points didn't look right and got on the phone with customer service to get it fixed. He stayed on them over the weekend working the issue till finally today they adjusted my account for the points I was missing. If you're on base and need some good workout nutrition, go see RJ and the guys, they'll go above and beyond to take care of you.
