  Staff was friendly. They were able to adapt to our tastes to not overcaffeinate across our different supplement sources. I appreciated their mindfulness. Today, the entire store has at least 10% with at lot of other items at 30% discount.

  I’ve placed multiple orders for store pickup and they have cancelled each one. They do not accept any GNC coupons so if you get and email with a coupon don’t even think about using it at this store. Prices are higher than other stores which makes no sense. Ruth always acts surprised there’s a coupon out and will not take it.

  Shopped at this GNC today and did not enjoy my experience at all. Have had bad experiences with GNC employees in the past using buzzwords and key phrases to seem intelligent in nutrition. The lady I dealt with today, named Ruth was no different. I called on the phone to confirm they had a certain product and then went to pick it up. Instead of just selling me what I wanted she kept insisting I needed to buy more items. I told her in the beginning that I knew what I wanted and just wanted to make my purchase. However, up until I swiped my card she would not stop trying to pretend she is a nutritionist and trying to sell me more stuff. I do light workouts just to stay healthy, I do not need Creatine, Pre-work out and hundreds of supplements. So I thanked her for a terrible experience and for ruining the chance I was giving GNC to rekindle my future business. Bottom line: If I know exactly what I want, just sell me I asked for and leave it at that.
