We explained how we were treated at the De Zavala location, where we were basically told my husband would just have to try on a bunch of glasses until something fit. My husband has a very large head, so after searching for a while with no real help, we decided to leave and try another location. That decision led us to Linda, and we are so glad it did. She was patient, understanding, and genuinely willing to help us find the right fit instead of brushing us off. Not only was the service excellent, but I also ended up getting my lenses there as well. While I was still waiting on my order to be processed, my husband’s lenses were already ready, which was amazing. Yes, it was a bit of a drive compared to the previous location, but it was absolutely worth it for the quality of service, kindness, and effort Linda provided. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend working with her.
