When we asked for help finding glasses for my husband, who has a very large head and needs specific sizing, we were told he would just have to try on a lot of glasses until something fit. There was little guidance, effort, or willingness to assist us in finding suitable options. We spent quite a while looking on our own and did not feel supported or taken seriously as customers. Because of this, we decided to leave and visit another Eye Mart location. The difference in service was night and day. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially when customers have specific needs. Unfortunately, that was lacking during our visit to this location.

The frames they have are great and to get your prescriptions in the lenses took less then an hour!! Old eye place took a week for my glasses to be done. I love my glasses and was very satisfied with my visit. Will definitely go back to get my prescriptions in my sunglasses.
