The Positive: On our first trip, we were helped by Gloria, who was absolutely wonderful. She’s a very sweet and patient lady who took her time making sure my mom was happy with her glasses. She asked all the right questions and really went the extra mile to help us out. The Negative: Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the final glasses, we realized they were defective. One side was soldered on unevenly. Gloria initially thought there were no replacements in the warehouse, so my mom had to spend extra time choosing again. Then a manager got involved, and that’s where things went downhill. The manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending both to Gloria and to us. She snapped at Gloria in front of us, saying that the glasses were actually in stock all along if she’d just refreshed the page, and then essentially walked away from us without really addressing the issue kindly. It was really disappointing to see a manager treat her staff that way and to dismiss us as customers. It really overshadowed the excellent service we got from Gloria.
