This review is for the eye exam room next door.
If you don't mind minor sarcasm and being a bit belittled then ignore the two-negative stars.
I have come here since 2016 but ofcourse there's always new staffing each time. This time, I scheduled an appt 4 days in advance, but I was literally told by mouth the appt was 15 minutes earlier than it was actually scheduled, so the confusion followed by brief debate with the front desk took place.
Then upon completing the first portion of exam, which the front desk personnel performed (doctor usually does this but was running late, only by 8 minutes)
●●●I simply asked "CAN I" clean the part of the equipment that I was asked to rest my face on. I was told "Its Clean" and just stared at to proceed. Well I had to ask again... she didn't know I could see smudges and specs from the last face. ●●●
So when the doctor arrived, she was polite and professional, but when she asked me to rest my face on another machine,
●●● I asked "can I clean it off really quick" even the Dr. literally barked at me "ITS CLEAN"... ●●● so in that moment, I knew the front desk Personnel complained about me Caring for my health, to the doctor...
I AM the one paying for this, it is not free, nor discounted. The services themselves were professional, but they tried to dismiss my concerns on a personal level, which was unacceptable, and a bit traumatic. You don't know NOR do you care for my past experiences and I most certainly did not ask for much. ●●● Leaving me to have to ask again and feel the need to explain why, was the part that was traumatic, i felt like I was "begging" when you should have just provided me the wipe.●●●
