- JGJeannie Galbraith2 days ago5.0All of the staff are amazing! They are kind, considerate and accommodating to busy schedules. Dr. Elledge suggested cataract surgery and the referral process was simple and everything was completed within 10 days of the referral. Post op care was again, amazing!!

I love that he allowed both of us in the room at the same time. Just in case one of us miss something that he says. He was very knowledgeable and actually took good care of my vision exam. The staff were wonderful very helpful and very friendly. It was great to see that they had a huge collection of VSP frames. Total bonus and also other brands of frames amazing too. I would highly recommend my friends and family to this location. We will definitely be coming back next year for our annual exam.

After my appointment didn’t go as planned, Dr. Nancy personally called me to apologize and made it right immediately. She arranged, free of charge, for me to be seen just three days later by Dr. Jim. That visit completely changed my experience. Dr. Jim spent a full 45 minutes with me. He was thorough, patient, and genuinely attentive. I left not only with my updated prescription, but also with a second prescription specifically for screen time, which I’m really excited to try. I never felt rushed, and I felt truly listened to. Scheduling hiccups can happen anywhere. What matters is how a practice responds when they do. This team responded with professionalism, kindness, and care. Thank you to Dr. Nancy and Dr. Jim for turning an initial frustration into a very positive experience.
