  I recently had an appointment at this office, and I must say, the experience was quite positive! The office staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel at ease right from the moment you walk in. Dr. Chapa’s is attentive and genuinely listens to all your concerns, which is something I truly appreciate. I noticed some reviews mentioning frustrations, but I think it’s important to recognize that everyone has their off days. The staff here clearly understands that and works hard to provide a supportive environment. It’s a two-way street, though; as patients, we also have a responsibility to keep up with our appointments and communicate openly. Overall, I highly recommend this practice! They care about their patients and strive to create a positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication!

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I can’t complain about the Dr so much but his staff is rude. If you cannot make it to an appointment you have to call and cancel if not they charge you a $25 fee, which is fine, if they would only answer the phone to do so. Girls in front are very rude, never answer phone calls, they want argue about everything. I went in for blood work and couldn’t get my results until weeks later, well I lost my job within that time frame and just so happened that I ran out of blood pressure medication. Well I called to get it refilled and one of the girls stated I could not get a refill until I went in for my results of my blood work. I advised her I no longer had a job so I did not have insurance and she stated Dr Chapa will not refill my prescription. I was without meds for 2 weeks and was feeling ill until he refilled them for only 30 days. Then I get a certified letter stating he will no longer be my Dr. and I am ok with it because I feel he really doesn’t do much but refer me to other Drs when I have issues. The letter also stated I owe money for a whole bunch of missed appointments that at the time, I was told they would be waived. There are way better Drs and staff all throughout SA please stay away from this one.

  PA Chapa is an awesome Physician! He is very thorough and very compassionate about what he does. I highly recommend him.

  Went in for an annual physical and they performed the most thorough one I had received in my 38 years getting them. Didn’t even know blood work was suppose to be routine.
