  I have been a patient of AIRM since 2009 - I have seen many providers over the years and all have been amazing. ARIM isn't your standard doctors office - they care about the root cause of your problems. They don't just give you bandaids and pills, they give you life long solutions. I Strongly recommend all of the providers and everyone who helps them do their jobs to the fullest. Thank you Dr Sanchez for running the best doctors office I have ever been too!

  I normally see NP Baker, but required a same-day appointment due to a medical issue I have previously been hospitalized for. I was scheduled with NP Albright, and this was one of the most unprofessional and dismissive medical encounters I have experienced. I am a combat veteran with three tours in the Middle East. I came to this appointment with clearly explained symptoms and a documented medical history, including service-connected conditions. Instead of conducting a thorough evaluation or demonstrating even basic clinical curiosity, NP Albright repeatedly dismissed and minimized my concerns. She offered superficial explanations for serious, ongoing conditions. Most concerning, she attempted to attribute my chronic sinusitis — tied to burn pit exposure — to simple allergies, disregarding both my medical history and the known impact of environmental exposures during deployment. This demonstrated either a lack of clinical competence or a disregard for the patient’s history — neither of which is acceptable. Her demeanor throughout the visit was condescending, dismissive, and at times outright inappropriate. When discussing one of my chronic conditions, she made a sarcastic remark: “Oh, is that lifelong too?” That comment was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in any medical setting. At no point did I feel heard, respected, or taken seriously. Instead, I felt dismissed and degraded while attempting to seek care for legitimate medical concerns. This experience raises serious concerns about the standard of care and professionalism at this clinic. Patients — especially veterans with documented service-related conditions — deserve to be treated with respect and taken seriously. I will not return to this clinic if I am expected to be seen by this provider again, and I strongly urge the practice to address these issues immediately.

  Amazing bedside manner , very responsive, calls back quickly, explains labs in details. Answers all concerns doesn’t make you feel rushed. My NP is G R E A T!
