  I didn’t know much prior to joining this clinic, but I have no regrets. It has been nothing short of amazing - the staff, the environment, and the quality of care. Clinical director, Bridgette Brooks, has always been a helping hand throughout the process of understanding ASD. She is one of a kind and her passion for helping others is transparent. My family and I love it here!

  Our daughter received services at ACES, and everyone there absolutely loved her and was so dedicated to her progress. Our BCBA, Frannie, and the Clinic Director, Bridgette, were always available whenever we needed guidance or had any concerns. Having worked with other ABA clinics, we know how important daily communication with the BCBA is for a child’s progress — and that consistency made a huge difference for us. Even after we relocated, the team still checks in, which shows how much they truly care. We loved our time with ACES! Special shoutouts to Frannie, Bridgette, Clarissa, Taija, Jocelyn C., Jocelyn R., Casey, and Jennifer for showing so much love and dedication to our girl.

  As a parent of an autistic child I find Aces ABA professional, caring and helpful. Everything I have learned at Aces has helped me use the techniques at home and have seen a definite increase in my child’s behavior and independence. Working with Bridgette and the BCBA’s have been nothing short than refreshing and so easy to work with.

  Aces ABA has been amazing for our family! The therapists are caring, professional, and truly dedicated to helping kids grow. We’ve seen real progress and couldn’t be happier with the support and communication from their team. Highly recommend!

  It is awful that the employees had to solicit fake 5 star reviews from their friends/ other businesses. I do not recommend this ABA clinic at all for kids with level 2- high functioning autism that struggles with behavior due to anxiety and puberty (and whatnot) who's been going to public school for years. It is very hard to work with the BCBA named Dr. Bryant Silbaugh and the clinical manager Bridgette Brooks. Dr. Silbaugh just because he has a doctorate degree and has "20 years" of experience thinks that all of his patients are the same. Just because your treatment plan works with your other patients, it doesn't mean it would work with our child. You do not care to listen. Our child is very much verbal, moderate autism/adhd, highly academically smart but struggles with behavior and anxiety, yet you did treatment that made our child regressed big time and just having meltdown after meltdown just because you wanted our child to use phone althroughout the 8-hr session because you only believe that this is only way for our child to participate in the session! Even the RBTs who were assigned to him thought that it's very wrong but they couldn't do anything because it is your order! You're so self-centered! And to you, Bridgette Brooks, we had a meeting about our concerns with your BCBA, you saw a lot of lapses and mistakes, you promised to make sure you supervise our child's case, but you didn't. And at the end, you changed your words and sided with your lying BCBA! Y'all can solicit for fake positive reviews but the truth will always comes out!
