  Absolutely one of the best decisions I've made for my now 3yo son. He's been at EBH for only 7 months but the progress he's made has been astounding. He loves his RBTs he's worked with. It's truly been a joy watching my boy blossom! I haven't had any issues at all no complaints.

  I called Empower up and let them know I am only interested in part time ABA therapy. They did their whole spiel and I gave them the insurance information and scheduled a tour. They never met my daughter, never saw previous evals and did not perform a single eval on her. However.... they did send an info packet saying her therapy after my 3K deductible.. it would be $3,268 dollars a month to treat her!!! 3K a month!!!! Without any evals or testing.. they just assumed full time and that's what they wanted. Couldn't believe my eyes! Canceled the tour and have no faith in them. Definitely check before scheduling anything and be prepared for a crazy high number before they even see your child.

  I am posting purely based on experience dealing with intake. Promises to call back, send email for paperwork, get approval to start treatment for my son while he visits from out of town during Dec/Jan and summer months. No response and overall confusion about intake under these circumstances. Normally would not leave a negative review for that alone, but when I expressed how frustrating it was to call back for the 3rd time to get answers (after being told scheduling was next step) I was told something different for the 2nd time. Clearly no alignment and to make matters worse, no humility when I raised a concern about the lack of communication to the patient's guardian. Smug attitude for someone who works at a place where helping people that need it is the primary reason for existence. Good job lacking empathy and treating people like they are not important.

  My son went from non verbal to verbal while attending here. I would like to add..ABA with Speech, PT, OT and a young age (3, 4, 5… and older) receiving constant therapies is key!!!
