I was so nervous but she helped me get my placement right and I started to feel the workout more intensely! I loved it and I can’t wait to see my body transform!

As someone who is very tall, it can be hard to find instructors who really pay attention to form and modifications, but she always takes such great care of me. She’s incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and makes sure I’m positioned correctly so I get the most out of every session without risking injury. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their progress. I always leave feeling stronger, supported, and motivated. Highly recommend her!
