The CareLink Southwest office is at 2121 SW 36th Street at the University Health Southwest Clinic. Hours: Monday-Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 PM; Thursday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Friday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (CareLink payments accepted until 4:45 p.m.).
Does CareLink cover prescription medications?
CareLink membership includes prescription drug coverage at University Health pharmacies. Members may have copays depending on their plan. Prescriptions can be refilled by calling the pharmacy or via MyChart; flu vaccines are free for CareLink members.
