Care link office is waste of time. There for an hour and half to get nothing done Tony was rude and trying to rush the process Because he wanted to go home.

I made my son an appointment for a renewal on his carelink knowing that he had a balance the person setting up the appointment told us we would need to make a payment towards the balance however didn’t provide me with any amount required, so when we went today the lady that assisted us stated that he would need to make a payment for an amount that we were not prepared to make being that my son doesn’t have a full time job she said we could come back within a month when he had the full payment so when I asked if we could make a lesser amount of payment she said that they had already cashed out so we couldn’t make a payment, so explain to to me how would she even post the amount she was requesting SMH this place is not very helpful

My last visit was full of progress and reconciliation. I was able to apologize to a staff member that I had wronged in the past, and I was able to be assisted this time by Valerie C. who was both efficient and conversational. She exemplifies what all customer service professionals should strive to replicate. (The requirements should be able to roll from renewal to renewal,though.)
