Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you'll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout. We offer 3 different class formats: b3 Signature, b3 Strength and b3 Cardio. We are the only barre studio that offers an on site play lounge so that you can bring your child with you. They are cared for by a play lounge attendant who is trained and CPR certified.

Barre3 is incredibly effective. Running used to leave me tight and fatigued, but barre has improved my mobility and strengthened muscles. Mentally, the impact has been just as profound. My anxiety has noticeably decreased, and I’ve been sleeping better than I have in monthsm. As someone with attention deficit disorder, I also love that barre is a true brain workout!! Lol ;) The focus, precision, and mindfulness required keep me engaged, making each session as much about mental and physical exercise. Another thing that stands out is the atmosphere of the studio. It’s especially nice that the owner is present, because it creates a welcoming, supportive environment that makes a difference in the overall experience. I can't recommend barre enough. It’s strengthened both my body and my mindset in ways I never expected.
