  Arredondo Vision Care is by far the best eye Dr. I have ever been to. The space is a safe and friendly environment. Top tier customer service and Dr. Arredondo is the only Eye Doctor I trust in San Antonio Area. Thank You for the vision care.

  My Experience was Definitely 💯 5 Star ⭐️ from start to finish. The initial greeting and professionalism displayed throughout the visit, was pleasant and i felt at ease . The Examination was very thorough and Dr. Arredondo explained the process as i went through examination! . I’m glad i chose Arredondo Vision Care , and have already recommended to others as well ! .

  I thought the medical staff was good but the lady at the front desk mistakenly thinks that my brand of contact lens is no longer produced just because she says she can't order it on her own system. I literally forwarded an email from the manufacturer themselves proving Coopervision still manufactures ProClear Daily contacts but she convinced the eye doctor who wrote my script to revoke it because "She can't order it anymore". I ordered it ten minutes later online... Coopervision did discontinue some of the ProClear line but not all of the SKUs. I'm not going to switch contact brands because of a mistaken employee, so this is no longer my eye care office.

  My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Arredondo for many years even after moving out of town a few years ago. We feel very comfortable with the doctor, her staff and the procedures each visit. Our appointments are on time and very well organized. The online pre appointment questionnaire helps make the check in process as easy as providing our name. Dr. Arredondo is very attentive, patient and spends time with us to inquire if we have any questions or concerns. It is a very calm and comfortable office and visit. We recommend her to our friends and family. Note: we also love how she decorated the office for the season. Plus each exam room is tastefully decorated as well.

  I wanted to trust this optometrist, but after dilating my child she did NOT recheck his prescription post dilation, Arredondo,OD , just wrote down what the Autorefractor machine gave, she didnt manually recheck him after dilation, I have two witness that she did not. I didnt want to tell the optometrist my background experience in ophthalmology/refractive. When I called back for glasses recheck because I believe he was overcorrected, I was told see specialist. I was offered to go back but now I wouldn't trust the optometrist work. Disappointing and waste of money and glasses.
