Aces is the first clinic that my daughter loves to go to and hates to have to go home. Which makes me writing this review so much easier. We had struggled with her having extremely bad tantrums at her previous locations. It bothered my husband and I to the point where we took her out. We had considered that maybe ABA wasn’t for us. Until ACES ABA was recommended at a support group we attend. We have saw a dramatic change in her behavior and her social abilities. My only regret is that I wish we knew about them before she went to the previous clinics. We have worked with a couple of the BCBA’s, therapists and the clinical director Bridgette. All of them love what they do and love seeing their clients succeed. I couldn’t ask for a more skilled and compassionate team for my daughter to have.
My child has been going to Aces for over 6 months. His quality of life has increased substantially. He is able to communicate his wants and needs in an appropriate manner now. His BCBA and therapists are amazing. They definitely go the extra mile for their clients. They celebrate the little accomplishments as much as the big ones. Which makes my son feel like a winner all the time. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their child to be successful!

So our son had been going here due to it being our closest option, however there was an incident where our son with severe ASD was left inside of the room, where he ended up putting a small bead inside of his ear. The removal surgery was over 4000$+ and was not covered by insurance. They did not compensate us with anything, however we requested that the person in charge not be in charge of our son anymore. They could not even honor that wish! Whenwe started home therapy due to them not wanting him to be there, we were in the other room, and without letting us know they allowed him to eat a lot of gummies from the cabinet. Those were melatonin gummies! His sleep schedule was restless for the whole week. Then whenever he was screaming the therapist in charge didn’t even know what to do, and she was visibly panicking, despite her being in this field. This is why we have left this center and have seeked out better options, even if they are double the distance away. Please do not bring your ASD children here, severe or mild. They also actively get their high reviews from friends, and fellow businesses which in my opinion isn’t very honest.

I didn’t know much prior to joining this clinic, but I have no regrets. It has been nothing short of amazing - the staff, the environment, and the quality of care. Clinical director, Bridgette Brooks, has always been a helping hand throughout the process of understanding ASD. She is one of a kind and her passion for helping others is transparent. My family and I love it here!

Our daughter received services at ACES, and everyone there absolutely loved her and was so dedicated to her progress. Our BCBA, Frannie, and the Clinic Director, Bridgette, were always available whenever we needed guidance or had any concerns. Having worked with other ABA clinics, we know how important daily communication with the BCBA is for a child’s progress — and that consistency made a huge difference for us.
Even after we relocated, the team still checks in, which shows how much they truly care. We loved our time with ACES! Special shoutouts to Frannie, Bridgette, Clarissa, Taija, Jocelyn C., Jocelyn R., Casey, and Jennifer for showing so much love and dedication to our girl.
