A three star service. After I was told I do have a warranty still and they would fix them until they could order a new frame. Few days later I go to pick them up and find out they did get my frames in. May need to work on communicating skills.

We were pleasantly surprised when they did not charge for the repair. If we were living in San Angelo, we would gladly be their loyal customers.

- BBButtFeb 25, 20261.0Absolutely horrible customer service three young ladies stand there behind the desk when nobody is in the waiting area. they want you to sit there minutes and wait until they are good and ready to help you. All I was doing was picking up my glasses and nobody could help me because they were helping other people even though the store was completely empty!! So customers in store are last priority. Horrible Horrible. The young ladies need a supervisor, so they can actually do there job.
