It’s not just about lifting weights or doing cardio, each class is designed to build strength while also improving balance and flexibility. One of the things I really appreciate is the attentiveness of the instructors during classes. They don't just stay at the front of the room, they actively walk around, checking form and offering guidance to make sure everyone is moving safely without causing injury. What’s also great is that they always provide modification options. Whether you're a beginner, dealing with an injury, or just not feeling 100% that day, the instructors make sure you have alternatives that still challenge you and keep you progressing.

The teachers are fun and encouraging. Pure Barre itself is not easy, but they give suggestions throughout the class to modify the movements. Definitely worth a try! Also, they have cute socks, which you wear during class :)
