- KMkenton masseyNov 17, 20251.0Everything is great until you try and cancel your membership. They tell you that you can cancel online which you can’t. So you spend an hour pointlessly scrolling the site even though the employees know you can’t cancel online because the second you tell them there’s no way to cancel online they then resort to telling you that you can’t cancel until after the 17th. So if you come to this gym between the 10th and 17th not only will you be charged for another month but you won’t be allowed to cancel until the 18th. Even though the website says you can cancel you’ll just be charged. The gimmick is they get you in cheap but there’s so many different things that stop you from being able to leave.
