Truly amazing! Community building is a top priority for this team! Schedule flexibility and overall understanding of how unpredictable life can be is a Godsend. Several of the team members are ready to lend an ear to listen when needed! It feels like being welcomed into a second home and being inspired to be better and do better!

The process was smooth and easy from the start. Their caregivers have to pass background checks that rival the one needed for top secret govertment security clearance-maybe that is an exaggeration, but you don’t need to worry about how well their staff are vetted. The caregivers themselves are very kind and compassionate. They even help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. The staff that works at the office is amazing too. I usually work with Shanna, Misty, and Stephanie. They answer my questions and make me feel confident in the choice I’ve made to keep my parents at home as long as I can

We needed additional help at night, and the staff at Home Instead San Angelo were exceptional in helping us establish care quickly and efficiently. Many of the other agencies had no availability at all, but Home Instead had several excellent care givers ready to provide night relief. They handled our frazzled and disorganized communication with patience and compassion, and helped us get to the root of what was needed for my dad's comfort and our family's sanity (special thanks to Misty and Stephanie).
