We were pleasantly surprised when they did not charge for the repair. If we were living in San Angelo, we would gladly be their loyal customers.

- TTToriFeb 25, 20261.0Absolutely horrible customer service three young ladies stand there behind the desk when nobody is in the waiting area. they want you to sit there minutes and wait until they are good and ready to help you. All I was doing was picking up my glasses and nobody could help me because they were helping other people even though the store was completely empty!! So customers in store are last priority. Horrible Horrible. The young ladies need a supervisor, so they can actually do there job.

Furthermore, I paid 290 dollars for ULTRAHD LENES. Well, I got a the free set of glasses too. I cannot tell a difference in the lenes. the standard lenes are just as good as the 290 dollar ripoff lenes. This is the second time I have to this Eyemart Express, It is the LAST TIME TOO!
