You can not graduate dental school without knowing how to do everything, but he just does not want to. The staff will tell you that you need procedures that are not necessary, because they don’t care about you. They want more money!
- LWLanee' WestDec 5, 20251.0The new dentist that took over fell asleep while drilling…woke up from snoring and hit the tooth behind the one he was working on. Then without listening to what we were saying he then started drilling on my bridge and made it to where I couldn’t get it permanently installed. On top of that they billed my insurance for work they didn’t do at all. Now I’m in the office and they don’t want to see me to get this claim corrected. Saying the manager is busy and what’s it about but sitting at the desk laughing and having a conversation with the secretary. I found another dental office and they are the best! Absolute smile Dentist

- TSThe 4 squadSep 3, 20251.0Always Cancels Appointments, always says there was an emergency. Three times now. Gave me false information about fraud. Told me no cleaning was better than a regular cleaning. I said you mean tell me you can’t do a deep cleaning, so give me a regular cleaning. Said it won’t do no good and it’s going to look like fraud on insurance cause we put you need a deep cleaning. Insurance company said they were completely wrong.
