  I have the flu and needed meds. They didn’t have the meds ready same day which is weird but okay. I couldn’t get them the next day evacuee it was holiday. Friday comes around and I still haven’t heard anything about my prescription. I called at 12:27 they said it would be ready on 20 min. I called a hour later for someone to go pick it up for me. It’s still not ready. Long story short my fiancé had to go up there to tell them that I needed the prescription, and it’s magically ready. I need to go to the hospital. I feel like this could’ve been avoided if the prescription were handled the day they were sent or take care of the morning of. Why do I need to call over and over for my prescription.

  Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used in 30 years. They are horrible!!!! Every time I have a prescription to pick up there is always a problem on their end. Example I went to pick up my child's prescription and they told me that our insurance was invalid and I told him that nothing had changed on our insurance and they argued with me about it I even called my insurance and they said there's not been any changes and then I called the pharmacist who assured me she would take care of it and to go ahead and come up there and get the prescription but then when I got there to pick up the prescription they try to do the same exact thing again and told me that they would call insurance tomorrow and for me to wait even longer for the prescription or I could pay cash for it this place is lazy and they don't know how to do their job they need new management. That same scenario has happened to me at least 10 times in the last 6 months with my kids prescriptions. Also it is so frustrating when picking up a prescription that has to measured out they NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER give out a syringe to measure it. Making another trip over lazyness.
