Most of them have been there for a long time and they actually are very helpful when you need help. I strongly believe the negative reviews are just due to misunderstanding and or insurance issues.

Even though it was my first time there, the instructions provided were given without any pleasantries or a smile. I actually made a small joke and the rep never acknowledged my attempt at friendliness. I am going to try a different location.
