StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Round Rock offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- MMMattMar 31, 20265.0Frankly 5 stars is not enough in my opinion. Kyle this my personal thank you for giving me a pain free nights sleep. Last night was the longest I have slept in months. After 18 years of sitting at a desk and running my business my body had been starting to feel many aches and pains from this abuse. Headaches every day, hip aches, shoulder aches, knee aches, ankles some times. It was quite a list. Last night I had no pain to sleep. As a business man I put money in good investments. I am not sure what price to put on something that has given me part of my life back. I am 67 years old and felt older. I feel younger now. More hopeful the years I have left will be better than I expected. Thank you sir.
