Terrible experience. I went in for a blood draw then later on that day I got a text from Quest telling me to schedule an appointment for a blood draw that my doctor ordered. My doctor said they have not ordered any more tests. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at Quest on the phone as their automated system has no way to speak to anyone and will hang up on you. So, now I don't know if something went wrong with the blood draw or why I need to schedule another blood draw. They seem confused. Their system seems to be a mess and does not distill confidence.

Poorly staffed. Wait times are longer than your lifetime.

I have had a lot of blood draws in 57 years and never one as painful as this. I actually have a bruise still from it and have never had that either. The tech was a very large woman and not very mobile. She sat on a stool on one side of the chair and decided she preferred my right arm and the vein in it. She was on my left side. Instead of getting up and coming to my right side, she stayed seated on my left and pulled my arm across the chair (I had to turn my entire body to make it happen). I was not able to support my arm or lay it flat because of that. I was clearly in pain as she asked. I just wanted to get done so kept going. Then it stopped flowing and she said she might have stuck it "in the side of the vein". So we had to move to the left arm, which was supported by the chair, and I had no pain at all at that point. Will never go back to that location and wouldn't go to Quest if my doctor didn't only use Quest.

Quick, efficient, friendly and professional. I notice all the bad reviews are walk ins. Group your poop and go online, you're probably difficult everywhere you go...

I came with an appointment, but still had to wait in line. Then had to leave because I was getting late for my work. Terrible service and zero customer care!
