They will tell you that they’re ordering it but what they WON’T tell you is that it MIGHT show up and it might not. I had to call to check on it and Jasmine let me know that it just didn’t show up. Nothing she could or would do about it and now it’s up to me. Cool. I’ll do the work. My problem is that the previous people I spoke to did not tell me this might be an issue. I would never have relied on this pharmacy to get my prescription. I would have gone to a different one. My problem is that it’s not just me. Everyone who has to take a medicine on a daily basis and needs it literally won’t know that it might not get there. The staff needs to tell every single customer about this. Every single one. This is a huge problem and the attitude I received when I pointed that out was disdain and thoughtlessness. Jasmine doesn’t take a prescription every single day like others. It doesn’t bother her that anyone might have to go through this. On an aside, there are also apparently no managers on duty. None. Jasmine doesn’t have a single person there that’s above her. Then the pharmacist was too busy to take my call. Please don’t use this pharmacy if you’re new to them or if they need to “order” your medicine.
