  Took the intro class today and absolutely loved it!! The energy is fantastic. You're definitely going to feel the burn! Can't wait for my next class.

  My love for Barre and for this Barre studio specifically caught me by complete surprise! I was looking for something new in my fitness routine, something that would challenge me but not defeated me, a strong supportive community of people like me, and leadership that was kind, and the fact that it is a woman owned business was the absolute icing on the cake! This amazing little island makes me feel like a stronger person inside and out! ❤️❤️❤️

  This review is on behalf of my partner. This place has an absolutely obnoxious cancellation policy, both for singular classes and for the subscription overall. They make it difficult to cancel in general, and will charge you extra money for cancelling a class too late (so not only do you lose what you already paid for, but you then lose even more money). So be careful. They rope you in for three months, but then if you don't cancel your overall subscription far enough in advance they charge you for a full additional month. And this place isn't cheap. In general, this place reeks of bad business practice, and feels like a place that wants to ensure their recurring revenue keeps coming in over doing the right thing for people who live busy lives and maybe, and understandably, decide to cancel a singular class or their subscription somewhat last minute. And to be honest, there are far better workout options that offer far better communities for you to be a part of. So go elsewhere and thrive :)

  Great instructors and friendly staff. It is obvious that they care about us as people, not just customers. Everyone is so positive and the staff is very inviting. I never feel like "just a number".

  I’ve been coming to the studio for over six months, and it’s been an amazing experience. The instructors and owner are respectful, welcoming, and foster a real sense of community. I’ve never felt this included at a studio before. The workouts are empowering and challenging, combining stretching, flexibility, resistance, toning, and weights. We push through it together, and laugh too, which makes it all worth it. The studio environment is safe, and the area outside feels secure, even for women coming early or late. Parking is usually available, but I recommend arriving early. The studio is disciplined with their rules, which I really appreciate. Arriving early gives you time to settle in and pick your space. This place has truly become a part of my life, I can’t recommend it enough!
