  I had a very disappointing experience at Pro Care. I had an appointment with the specialist Casey Hays for treatment, but the session was extremely unprofessional and I felt rushed. Instead of receiving a proper treatment session, I was given only one exercise and then, after about 15 minutes, I was told that the session was over and that they would contact me later. This was confusing because my treatment was supposed to include using a specific device as part of the session. When I explained that I needed to complete my treatment using that device, they refused and told me it wasn't possible. Later, I found out that the device had been reserved for one of their friends, which is incredibly unfair and unprofessional. Patients should not be pushed aside or have their care cut short just because staff want to prioritize people they know Overall, the experience felt dismissive and disorganized. I scheduled an appointment expecting proper care and adequate treatment time, but instead I was rushed out after only a few minutes. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that all patients are treated fairly and receive the full treatment they are scheduled for.

  I want to give a huge thank you to Pro Care for their outstanding service and truly caring approach. Dr. Hays is an excellent chiropractor—very knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to explain the treatments clearly. Thanks to his therapies, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I feel. The entire Pro Care staff is amazing: friendly, patient, well-organized, and always welcoming from the moment you walk in. The environment is professional yet warm, which makes a big difference during the recovery process. I highly recommend Pro Care and Dr. Hays to anyone looking for quality care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

I came here for physical therapy follow-up care after an accident, and from day one, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. What stands out most is not just their medical expertise, but the humanity woven into every interaction. The front desk alone sets the tone. There are always two young women there, and they are genuinely lovely, attentive, and proactive. They coordinate multiple appointments seamlessly, follow up without being prompted, and bend over backwards to accommodate schedules. You feel welcomed and supported the moment you walk in. Once you enter the treatment area, that same level of care continues. The physical therapy assistants are phenomenal. Kind, present, patient, and fully engaged with you as a person, not just a case. They guide you thoughtfully, ask questions, check in, and truly take their time. One of them is named Aja (though honestly, every single one I encountered was outstanding). You never feel rushed, dismissed, or unheard. And then there are the doctors. My primary doctor was Dr. Casey, and the level of care he provided was fully consistent with every other physician I encountered there. The consistency across providers is remarkable. Every doctor delivers the same high standard of professionalism, competence, and compassion. There is no “good one” versus “okay one” — they are all excellent. That kind of uniform excellence says everything about the culture of this practice. From coordinating outside diagnostics and test results to explaining next steps, the communication is clear, efficient, and reassuring. In a situation where you are already dealing with the stress and vulnerability of being injured, this team makes you feel cared for, safe, and genuinely looked after. It may sound strange to say, but if you have to be hurt, being treated here almost feels like a privilege. Every single person at this facility is flawless in their role. Professional, compassionate, present, and deeply committed to patient care. I am beyond grateful I ended up here and would recommend ProCare Injury Specialists – Round Rock without hesitation to anyone needing injury or physical therapy care

  The WHOLE team is wonderful. I’m a patient of Dr. Hays. I knew he was great during our first meeting. What blew me away is that everyone else on the team is too. The administrative team is friendly and attentive, as are the doctors and chiropractic assistants, all of whom are personable, accessible, knowledgeable, and patient centered. It sucked to experience the situation that required me to need PT, but having a team like this to help me get through it makes all the difference.
