Had a stripped screw in my work glasses and a flight the next day. Nick was a lifesaver in getting my glasses in working order. I’ve gotten my work glasses for the last 15 years from this location and they’ve been super awesome every time!

Absolutely amazing. The person who helped us was very friendly, and didn’t treat my visual impairment as an inconvenience, or talk around me. And when my eyes couldn’t focus during the measurement process, he worked with me too get as good of a measurement as possible. Now I’m getting glasses, and I’m extremely happy!

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from here, after a month they are loose and constantly falling off. I went into the store to get them adjusted and was told there is no way to make them fit more snug. Low quality product with no serviceability. I will not be making any more purchases from this company in the future.

I was ripped off by this store . It was first time i came to this store to have my glasses made on December 2025 but the glasses never been made . They kept telling me that the lab delayed and my glasses never come .i had to wait for 2 months until February they told me that my glasses were ready and told me to come to pick up . When i came to pick up i was so shocked and pissed off because it was not the glasses that I ordered . It was cheap glasses. I had no choice but take it or leave it . Either i took this cheap glasses or returned it and they refunded me my co pay only and stole my insurance payment portion. Every body be careful when you come to this store by the year end . They won’t make your order but they steal your insurance benefit of that year . Since it will roll to new year you can not use your insurance benefit of the passed year any more so that amount will come into their pocket.with this cheating way . I will file law suit for the robbery of this store

I had a great experience at the Round Rock LensCrafters thanks to Juan, who I later found out is the store manager. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, organized, and already had my name ready. He took the time to explain my insurance coverage clearly, walked me through my options without any pressure, and gave honest recommendations on which frames fit my face best.
I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was he made the whole process feel easy instead of overwhelming. When it was time to check out, he smoothly handed me off to another associate so everything stayed efficient, but he made sure I was completely taken care of first.
Also, as a bilingual customer, it meant a lot that he could assist in both English and Spanish that level of service and inclusivity makes a big difference.
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
