Please excuse the wall of text and any grammar errors as I am extremely irritated. * In the past the pharmacy called me when my insurance provider rejected a order this time they did not call when it was rejected. * I went to the pharmacy and the cashier did not inform me of any problem she just rang it up as a cash deal, I asked her to call the provider she agreed and told me to come back in the past they would make the call while I was in the store. *I reeceived a text informing me the order was ready when I went the store they informed me they cancelled the order and put it back on the shelf still no call informing me of this. * I called the next morning and was told needed to call the provider as they do not call providers, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they could call the provider. * I received a call back stating that the order was rejected once again and to call the provider. * I called the provider and was informed the pharmacy changed the medicine code as they did not have the original medicine that I had been receiving and would locate the order at another store the order was then filled at the store, It is now six days after placing the order I finely have it. * After being a customer of HEB Pharmacy for 25 years and of this store for ten I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a competitor. *
