  I had the same issue as the reviewer below yesterday about one of my prescriptions that I had refills on she said she was canceling the one after asking me questions I told her I had a doctor's appointment the next day to discuss the medication with my physician but she cancelled it anyway so my doctor had to call it in again today because I'm now taking it twice a day, since when did the pharmacist become decider and chief over my healthcare? I just refilled it so I can't pick it up for another 3 weeks gives me enough time to find another pharmacy who actually cares about patients health and don't make assumptions based on what they know nothing about!!

  Absolutely horrible. They flat out canceled one of my daughter’s prescriptions for an ear infection. Two different doctors (hours apart from each other) put in a prescription for different ear drops. One prescription was filled and ready for pick up as we were heading to her second doctor’s appointment that day. I waited all day for any notification that the second prescription was ready but got nothing so I called them up. I was told verbatim “oh, yes they are different prescriptions but basically the same thing so we canceled one of them”. I had to argue with them for at least 10 minutes about why they were different prescriptions by different doctors, and that yes, I needed that second prescription because they were the better drops. Which should not have been their business anyways. It does not matter why I have to different prescriptions for two different drops. Then they wanted to push the prescription being filled until the next day. When I got into the store it was another 15+ minute argument about why the prescription was canceled and why there was ZERO documentation on why it was canceled. Never going back to this pharmacy, the location on Louis Henna is so much better.

  I honestly wish I could be a fly on the wall during the training process here on how to treat customers as cruel as humanly possible

  This is the busiest pharmacy I have ever been to. Constant long lines, not enough staff (even though there seem to always be 5+ employees working at the time I pick up or drop off) They have messed up my prescriptions 2 times now and failed to mention to my husband that one of my RX was out of stock and would be filled the following week. I understand it is not always the employees at fault so HEB should take a look at the way the pharmacy is ran and make some changes.
