I’m not sure who hired her or how she ended up in that position, but the way she treats people is unacceptable. After checking other reviews, I see I’m not the only one who’s experienced this issue — it seems to be an ongoing problem.”
- AMArabella MorenoSep 6, 20251.0Honestly, I’ve been going to this HEB since I was 9, and over the last few years the pharmacy staff has been extremely rude not just to me but my siblings and my mom as well. My mom had just been to the hospital and she needed me to pick up the prescription for her at this heb. I called ahead to make sure it was ready and the guy who answered the phone was very sarcastic, very rude, and very unprofessional. When I got there it was the same guy with the same attitude which I obviously didn’t appreciate given my mom is at home sick and needed the medication. His name is Justin and he was awful, but not just him, everyone in the pharmacy acts this way. I don’t remember the last time I had a good experience here.
