  Mr. Will, not only helped me pick my glasses but helped me make sure i was ok with them before i left and helped me juggle my 6 mo old.

  I’ve been coming to Eyemart Express in Round Rock for years. Old and new location . The fact that I could get my glasses the same day, was the selling point! Dan and all of the Eyemart Express employees are so helpful. When you find a place that constantly delivers, stick with them. I will always stick with Eyemart Express Round Rock.

  This was the first place I took my child since he started getting glasses at five years old they make you feel so welcome. They explained everything in detail and try to get you the best deal possible. I feel that there are there for the best interest of the person that is needing this great customer service

  Unfortunately, I have not had the experience that some of my fellow reviewers have had. While I did appreciate the variety of frames in stock, the specific associate I interacted with, Esmeralda, was unprofessional, did not walk me through the lenses options, and added a $50 extra warranty charge without asking for my permission. It wasn’t until after I paid that I was provided a receipt that outlined the cost breakdown. I feel that extras should always be clearly communicated to customers. At this point, I was going to cut my losses, pick up the glasses, and never go back. When I tried on my “finished” glasses, the lenses were incorrect. The prescription sunglasses had two different colored lenses, only one was anti-reflective, and the overall cut was wrong. Altogether, I am very disappointed with my experience.

  Came here and got a pair fixed and now can't clean them without popping out when trying to rub a cloth over the lens
