  This was my very first time trying Pilates, I expected it to be fun and lively but it was mid and quiet. No mic, no brochure, and no friendly atmosphere. I was mainly looking at my neighbor the whole time because I couldn’t understand half the lingo they were saying. But it was awkward and I won’t be going back. I also think that 4 classes are too little for $99 per month. If we were talking 8-10 classes. Deal.

  I have been going to Club Pilates for almost 3 years now and can brag about all the benefits it has given me from strengthening my joints to giving me a peach booty I can be proud of! My favorite instructor is Kim, she pushes me every class for the better, is very good at what she does and makes us all wanna keep coming back. I hate when I have to miss her class.

  I'm giving 2 stars!!! I love the space and the classes and instructors. When I was moving I called to cancel and the young lady told me I will be charged for the month and to send a text to confirm, which is what I did and never received a response. A few weeks went by and I reached back out. The lady i spoke to said to do the same thing and she would send me a cancelation form. I explained i already sent a text and the other girl never responded. What wasn't expresses the first time is the number to text user the same number to call and it was a different number. I explained what happened and ask if I could cancel and not be charged an extra month since u was already charged for the month. She said no and we went back and forth through email. Im not living in the area to use my credits anymore and wanted to cancel but have been charged 2 extra months at $161. This is why I don't like doing memberships. I will never sign up with them again! Oh the last lady I was emailing even told me she would reach out to corporate to see if they can help but nothing!

  Becoming a member of Pilates club is the best decision I have ever made and I have been going there for almost one year this month. It has changed my life and my body. The Pilates intructors are very friendly, professional, and happy. When they found out that I was hard of hearing, it did not slow them or myself down as we found a way to communicate and not miss a beat. I feel very welcome and comfortable there as they treat all members equally no matter the level and experience or circumstances.
