When I was moving I called to cancel and the young lady told me I will be charged for the month and to send a text to confirm, which is what I did and never received a response. A few weeks went by and I reached back out. The lady i spoke to said to do the same thing and she would send me a cancelation form. I explained i already sent a text and the other girl never responded. What wasn't expresses the first time is the number to text user the same number to call and it was a different number. I explained what happened and ask if I could cancel and not be charged an extra month since u was already charged for the month. She said no and we went back and forth through email. Im not living in the area to use my credits anymore and wanted to cancel but have been charged 2 extra months at $161. This is why I don't like doing memberships. I will never sign up with them again! Oh the last lady I was emailing even told me she would reach out to corporate to see if they can help but nothing!

I can enjoy low impact, high intensity on my own pace and feel a lot better in my body. The classes are fun, always different. The instructors are nice, caring and attentive. Highly recommended.
