  Sicarra is the absolute best!! Her classes always leave me feeling accomplished and reset. I’ve followed her through her events and other studios in Dallas so it was great news to hear that she’s teaching in Rockwall also. I just moved to Lavon so she is only 10 minutes away from me! I highly recommend her classes. She has healer vibes and I’m a fan for life. Thank you, Sicarra!

  I absolutely love this place. The teachers are great! Jess is so good along with Bee and Heidi! They are so patient and helpful and great at what they do. So glad I joined. 💕

  Love the class, the environment was appropriate, the music was appealing and the set of positions and exercises were achievable even though I am only a beginner, I enjoyed Jess’s directions and in general was a great experience

  I tried YogaSix with the 3 class pass and loved it! At first I felt nervous about the heat but after the session my body felt recharged. I even slept better when trying the evening classes. The people at the front are so friendly too! Cannot wait to join as a member in April! ❤️

  Had such a great experience here! The variety of classes they offer makes it easy to find something that fits your schedule and skill level; whether you want a relaxing stretch or a more challenging workout. The studio was spotless and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, everyone there was incredibly welcoming and kind. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping you get the most out of your practice. Highly recommend!
