The Health Center provides high-quality affordable health care. While not free, the Health Center’s rates are among the lowest in the area. We offer an income-based sliding scale program for Rockwall County residents that are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Others can take advantage of our Health Maintenance Plan. Our qualified medical staff consists of Family Nurse Practitioners, medical assistants, lab technicians, and a variety of volunteer physicians in the fields of OB-GYN, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, and Family Practice. Our volunteer physicians generously donate all of their time and expertise to our patients at the health center.
