  Easy appointment and check-in process. The staff was amazing, it was my son's first time having his blood drawn and they took the time to explain everything to him which calmed his nerves. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

  I tourniquet was applied so tight that it was very painful. I have very good veins, and I have never had anyone apply one that tight. My arm was sore for three days after my blood draw. I will be looking for somewhere else to have my blood drawn in the future. I would given no stars if I could have.

  I opted to check in and wait outside which is an option so a patient can wait for a text then make thier way inside. I received the text 3 steps away went inside and then a lady came out and said I just called you, I'll be back as she took a different patient ahead of me and then I had to wait several more minutes. Very poor service!

  I had a great experience. The wait times can definitely get incredibly long, so I’d recommend making an appointment. I need to shout out my technician, Felisha, who ensured I was comfortable and informed during every step of the process. Even though I was incredibly nervous and probably wasted some of her time trying to calm down, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and respectful. She handled everything with such calm confidence and fierce kindness that it genuinely put me at ease. People like her are rare, and she turned what is usually a stressful or fearful visit into a surprisingly positive one.

  So I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 p.m. I was there before my scheduled appointment. I tried to check in using the console and it wouldn't let me continue because it said that I had already missed my appointment. Told somebody about it. They said to check in again. Told me again that I was late for my appointment and scheduled me for an appointment. An hour later third person came out to talk to me and said well you didn't check in at the kiosk. I said yes I did. I did it twice. Well it didn't show up on the monitor. She tells me I said I don't care what's up on your monitor you're checking obviously isn't working because I've shown you my text. It said my appointment was 3:40 and you chose to ignore me then they kicked me out
